This hand shield was designed to fit our Neighborhood Cats Dens / Handlers but can also be used on transfer cages and traps. It measures 9.5W x 10.5H. The hand shield provides protection from scratches and bites and gives the handler control of the animal for easy transfers. This shield is very helpful when dealing with cats that like to dart out of transfer cages, traps, dens and holding cages.

Our 12" x 12" hand shield was designed to fit shelter cages. It is constructed from 3/16" clear acrylic with 18 evenly spaced 1" holes. It also features a metal handle to allow you to control caged animals by pressing the hand shield into the cage toward the animal. Holes in the shield allow handlers to vaccinate or treat caged animals while still offering protection from scratches and bites. Model HS3.
